The Voyager Focus 2 is the latest iteration of one of Poly’s most beloved and best-selling headsets of all time, the Voyager Focus. For the first time, this new addition to the Voyager Focus series, adds hybrid active noise-canceling technology along with our best microphone noise-canceling to date with Poly’s signature Acoustic Fence for an unparalleled wireless audio experience.

Digital Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling – Protects your Focus

Dog barking? Kids getting rowdy? Sitting close to that loud talker back in the office? Good news – the Voyager Focus 2 can take care of all that with digital Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Three settings allow you to set just the right level of noise cancelation for your current surroundings. Hybrid ANC blocks out more background noise than traditional ANC by monitoring the noises at the entrance to the user’s ear and outside of the headset and cancels it out. When it comes to all-day use, hybrid ANC prevents users from feeling fatigued during and between calls— something that can happen when using other ANC headsets.

Poly Acoustic Fence Technology – Ensures you Sound Great

All those noises mentioned above that disrupt your focus are equally (if not more) distracting to the people on the other end of the call. To ensure that those on the far end of your calls hear you clearly, the Voyager Focus 2 features Poly’s Acoustic Fence technology. If this sounds familiar, poly first included this technology into a headset with the Blackwire 8225. Since then, engineers have improved the performance to well within the Microsoft Teams Open Office Premium requirements.

BATTERY LIFE THAT GOES THE EXTRA MILE

What good is all-day comfort if your battery can’t keep up? On the Voyager Focus 2, we increased talk time to up to 19 hours for those extra long collaboration sessions. And for extra flexibility, you can extend the battery life of your headset by using it as a corded headset with audio over USB mode.

How do I connect my Poly Voyager Focus 2 to my computer?

Your Bluetooth USB adapter comes pre-paired to your headset.

Turn on your headset and insert the Bluetooth USB adapter into your laptop or PC.
The USB adapter LED flashes and then turns solid to indicate the headset is connected to the USB adapter. If you are wearing your headset you hear “PC connected” to indicate the connection has been established. When on a call, the LED on the USB adapter flashes blue. When not on a call the LED is solid.
Load Poly Lens Desktop App by visiting poly.com/lens. This allows you to customize your headset behavior through advanced settings and options.

Pair USB adapter again

Typically, your USB adapter is pre-paired to your headset. In the event that your adapter is disconnected or bought separately, you will need to pair the adapter to your headset.

Insert the high-fidelity Bluetooth USB adapter into your laptop or computer and wait for your computer to recognize it.
Put your headset in pair mode.
Put your Bluetooth USB adapter into pair mode by selecting "Pair" in Poly Lens App. Your adapter flashes red and blue. Pairing is successful when you hear "pairing successful" and "PC connected" and the Bluetooth USB adapter LED is solid.

WORK THE WAY YOU WANT

The Voyager Focus 2 works across all your devices and is available as a UC version and in an Office version. The UC version connects to your mobile via Bluetooth and to your computer via the BT700 Bluetooth USB adapter. This all-new adapter is 50 percent smaller than its predecessor and boasts an improved wireless range of up to 50m/164 ft.

The Office version connects to a desk phone and your computer through the included cables as well as to your mobile device via Bluetooth.

How do you answer calls on a poly Voyager Focus 2?

Answer or end a call

Tap the Call button.

2. Answer a second call First

tap the Call button to end current call, then tap the Call button again to answer new call.

3. Hold a call

To hold an active call, press the headset Call button for 2 seconds. Press the Call button to resume a held call.

4. Switch between calls (flash)

To switch between calls, press the headset Call button for 2 seconds.

NOTE Available for softphone calls only. Does not work with mobile calls.

5. Call back last call (smartphone)

To dial your last number you dialed, double-tap the Call button.

6. Answer calls from a second device

It's easy to answer calls from two devices (including softphone).
When on a call, you hear a ringtone notification of the incoming call from the second paired device.
To answer a second call from the other device, first tap the Call button to end the current call and tap the Call button again to answer the new call. If you choose to not answer the second call, it will go to voicemail.
